The lawsuit claims the incident exposed sensitive personal and medical data belonging to individuals whose information M&amp;D Capital maintained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who can file a claim?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The settlement class includes individuals whose private information was compromised during the data incident discovered on or about July 8, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How much can class members get?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Class members can select one cash payment and may also receive medical monitoring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Documented losses:<\/strong>\u00a0Class members may claim up to $5,000 for documented, unreimbursed expenses related to the data incident. Class members must provide proof.
